2 - Can you accommodate food allergies or medical conditions?
Both food allergies and certain medical conditions can be accommodated. The Lasell dining hall offers year-round options for common food allergies such as nuts, dairy and gluten. Certain medical conditions such as diabetes are routinely accommodated each year by our experienced health care staff. Please contact us at 774-293-1276 to further discuss.
3 - What happens if my child is injured or sick during camp?
A trainer will be present throughout the duration of camp and will be prepared to deal with any emergencies that should arise. Parents will be contacted in the event of an emergency.
4 - What is your refund policy?
For cancellations received in writing 14 days prior to the camp start date, a full refund minus a $200.00 non-refundable deposit will be issued. Anyone cancelling after the 14-day window or departing early from camp for any reason (including illness or injury) will not be entitled to a refund. Exception: If your team makes USYSA or USSF Academy Regionals or Nationals and the tournament dates conflict with camp dates, we will refund your money less a $50 administrative fee provided written notification is received 14 days prior to the start of camp.
5 - How are roommates assigned?
Roommate requests can be entered during online registration. We guarantee to keep requested roommates in the same or adjoining rooms for groups >2. Suites may be available for larger groups. If you do not have a request, we aim to room like graudating years and keep roommates on the same camp team. If you have roommate requests or concerns, please enter in the roommate field of the online registration or call us at 774-293-1276.
6 - What do I bring to camp? What should I wear?
We created a packing list for the boys and the girls camp. Follow this link “Packing Lists”.
7 - If it rains, will camp be cancelled?
Unless there is extreme inclement weather, training sessions are conducted outdoors. Indoor facilities are available in the event of inclement weather and for classroom sessions.
8 - How can I reserve a space in the Collegiate Soccer Academy?
You must register online using the “Register Today!” tab and submit payment online or by mail. Payment by mail must be received within 5 business days of online registration to guarantee your spot.
9 - My child is a goalkeeper. Will you have specialized training for them?
A goalkeeper coach will be on staff and will work directly with goalkeepers to provide specialized training. Visit our Goalkeeper webpage to learn more.
12 - When is the final payment due?
The final payment of $400 is due June 1. For registrations after June 1, payment in full is required at at time of registration.
Please send a check for the remaining balance to: Collegiate Soccer Academy LLC, 3 Mason Drive, North Grafton, MA 01536 by this date. Failure to pay in full by the above dates may jeopardize your enrollment in the academy.
Checks for final payments will NOT be accepted at check-in.
14 - Are there any discounts?
We offer a $50 discount for registrations received by February 1, 2018. This discount is automatically applied during online registration. We also offer a Group discount of $50 for groups of four or more from the same team and $100 discount for groups of 8 or more from the same team. This is not combinable with the early bird discount or any other offers. A rebate check is issued at check-in for the group discount.
16 - How do campers get to and from the airport?
We offer a shuttle service to/from Boston Logan Airport during specified times. Please visit our "Need to Know" tab for the shuttle form. The form must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the start of camp. The fee is $20 one-way or $40 roundtrip.
17 - Do I need to submit a release form and health record in order to participate?
Yes, in order to participate, participants are required to submit completed Camp Health Form. These required forms will be linked to the confirmation email sent after online registration. This is a Commonwealth of Massachusetts law. You must submit a report of a physical examination must conducted during the preceding 24 months which provides clearance to participate in sports and lists current medications and known allergies.
18 - Can a camper arrive early or late? Can a camper leave early or late?
We can accommodate late check-ins or early departure requests but do not offer shuttle service outside of scheduled times. There are no overnight accommodations availabe the day before camp or after but some campers in the past have used the Logan Hilton Airport hotel. Our shuttle service picks up and drops off to this hotel. If your campers is arriving or departing outside of the noted check-in and check-out times, please provide written authorization. 20 - Can the parents come back to the dorms with participants during the camp?
Parents are not allowed in the residential dormitories after check-in Parents are welcome to assist campers unpack during check-in.
21 - What happens in the event of property damage or lost keys?
Participants need to provide a refundable $100 security deposit at check-in. This deposit will be returned destroyed within 7 days of the completion of the academy provided there are no damages or missing materials. If you would like your check returned, please submit a self-addressed envelope.
22 - Are linens provided?
Each camper should bring their own linens, pillow, blankets and towel. For international campers, a limited number of rental linens are available. Please contact us to reserve.
24 - Can I request a roommate?
Registrants may request roommates when they complete their registration. Roommate requests are not honored until full payment has been made and all required registration paperwork has been submitted.
27 - Do I need to bring a soccer ball? Can I purchase a soccer ball while I am at camp?
All campers should have a soccer ball at the academy. Soccer balls will be available for purchase during registration check-in on the first day of camp, but are limited in numbers.
